Changing Your Details

Wath Academy holds information about students and their parents/carers. It is vital that we hold up to date information so that letters and phone calls go to the right people and so that we can get in touch in case of emergency. If you are moving house or changing your mobile number for example, please contact the Academy,

Important: Requesting a School Information Change Request Form will trigger the sending of a letter to the priority contact at the home address for that student.
If you have responsibility for more than one student at Wath Academy you will need to submit a separate School Information Change Request Form for each student.
